In this talk the speaker will share her personal story of becoming a woman entrepreneur, tell the pitfalls she endured and solutions found. The way that started in a small town in Siberia, continues in United States and goes on in Moscow. She will share the 7 main lessons she has learned about making her own business.
About the speaker: Olga Tomilina, owner and founder of Kidville bilingual private kindergarten, where children grow in English-speaking environment starting 18 months old. Olga runs the business for 5+ years. Her previous experience includes working in corporate environment in pharmaceutical company, NGO, studying as an exchange student in United States and France. Olga is a Russian Business Leaders alumna.
