The workshop is designed for young people who are starting their journey of developing and improving their soft skill for success.

Soft skills are the personal attributes, personality traits, inherent social cues, and communication abilities needed for success on the job. Soft skills characterize how a person interacts in his or her relationships with others.

In this workshop you will learn about time management and how to incorporate it into your life. You will get aquatinted with different strategies and tactics of time management.

This online workshop will consist of the following:

• A presentation defining time management and describing its purpose;
• Getting familiar with various strategies of time management;
• Tips and life hacks on how to apply time management to succeed;
• A discussion of the importance and usefulness of time management.

The workshop is led by Ekaterina Lezhneva, AMC volunteer and a proactive high school student, head of development in her student council.
