This presentation will introduce all those who are interested in traveling and discovering new places to Lake Baikal, the largest freshwater lake by volume in the world. Viewers of the presentation will learn interesting facts about Lake Baikal and will discover several aspects of life in the Lake Baikal area. 

This online one-hour long presentation will consist of the following:

·        A presentation defining main Lake Baikal features;

·        Getting familiar with tourist routes and main sights of Lake Baikal;

·        More puzzles and riddles, mysterious features and unexplained phenomena of Lake Baikal;

·        A discussion of the environmental preservation of this "freshwater well" for humankind.

The presentation is led by Mikhail Rybalko, AMC volunteer, an Irkutsk local and Instructor of History Department, Irkutsk State University.
