#SportsDiplomacy: the U.S. Department of State’s Sports Diplomacy Division launched the GET FIT series — the newest virtual outreach program to engage the global community online. GET FIT is a weekly, 30-minute interactive session featuring professional, Olympic, and Paralympic athletes and coaches who have served as U.S. Department of State Sports Envoys around the world. Promoting messages of inclusion, resilience, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment.

Today we are rebroadcasting a conversation and workout featuring Lorrie Fair, former U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team midfielder. Lorrie will share her
experiences as an U.S. Department of State sports Envoy in eight different countries while highlighting inclusion, women’s empowerment, and her work in HIV/AIDS prevention.

Then, Lorrie will lead an in-home training with her favorite HIIT workout (High Intensity Interval Training). Come ready to move your body and be inspired!
