Media Literacy Fellow Joseph Crescente welcomes Benjamin Thurn, the Senior Program Officer for Camp and Media Literacy programs at American Councils for International Education to this edition of the Media Literacy Discussion Club. In addition to this role, Thurn teaches Intercultural Communication at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, MN and volunteers with the National Association for Media Literacy Education (NAMLE) where he serves on the Resource and Content Development Team. In conversation with Crescente, he will discuss creative approaches to media literacy education. Participants will have an opportunity to ask questions at the end. As always, no previous knowledge is necessary, just a desire to learn more!
