We are excited to resume the American Centers virtual programs and invite you to join the third meeting of the interactive series: “Three, two, one… Done!” where you will learn how to make good decisions and get things done. These sessions will tell you about well-known personalities and their contributions to modern theories that shape decision-making process. Practical tips and exercises will give you hands-on experience on how to start developing and improving your decision-making skills.
The topic we discuss on February 17 at 7:00-8:00 PM MSK is "Hazard Safety Why do people avoid making decisions?"
Decision making can be a hidden source of stress. Too much choice can eventually lead to decision fatigue. When we finally make a choice, the battle is not over because we may regret and doubt our decision. Why is it that for some, making decisions causes stress and pain, while others can do it easily and never regret even if they fail? Is it an innate personality trait or can it be developed as an ordinary skill? In this session of the "Three, two, one Done!" program, we will look at the psychological basis for decision-making to find out what prevents us from making effective decisions, as well as give some tips on how to make the decision-making process easier and more efficient.
Led by Inna Starikova, AMC Volunteer, professional business trainer with over 20 years of experience.
