About the Speaker:

Evin Dogu, a child of Turkish immigrants and a Louisiana native, is the co-owner and baker at Sub Rosa, a wood fired bakery and stone-milling operation located in Richmond, Virginia. Known for turning out some of the country’s best breads, Sub Rosa has been a semi-finalist multiple times for the James Beard Award for Outstanding Bakers.
