About the speaker:
Sergei Bukharov is a supply chain manager and consultant with more than six years of experience working at Mars, Inc., first as an engineering intern and eventually as a supply chain analyst. An alumnus of the Russian Business Leaders Program, Bukharov is a proactive value enhancer with hands-on experience in cross-functional team leadership and change management. After earning his Master’s degree in Engineering from Bauman Moscow Technical University, he graduated from the highly selective Mars Leadership Experience Program in Moscow (~1% acceptance rate). In his spare time, Bukharov volunteers at an EdTech start-up called Careerum, and regularly organizes network meetings for young executives.
