About the speaker: Bryce Stevenson (Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa) is the owner and Executive Chef of Miijim, an Ojibwe/French restaurant on Madeline Island, WI, nominated for a James Beard Award. He also serves as the Food Sovereignty Director at the American Indian Community Housing Organization (AICHO) in Duluth, MN. Bryce’s focuses work on revitalizing Indigenous food systems through culinary innovation and community-led initiatives, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and education.
