A series of workshops to explore and develop skills in English translation
Translation and interpretation from one language into another is a great skill. The "correct" translation of one word can cause indefinite debate. This series of workshops aims to discuss translation techniques and tips. Each meeting will focus on a different area of translation, such as anecdotes and wordplay; poems and songs; news articles; advertisements; idioms; scientific texts, manuals and user guides; and much more.
