Join us for Episode V from Ken Burns' award-winning documentary, "The National Parks." In this episode you will learn about the state of America's national parks during some of the country's most difficult periods — The Great Depression and World Wars I and II. During this time several national monuments — such as the Statue of Liberty and Mount Rushmore — were also added under the purview of the National Park Service.
