A two-day conference for university youth led by the Russian-American Friendship Project, a U.S. alumni cooperative project to promote greater awareness of Russian and American culture
The Russian-American Cuisine Festival will be a four-hour festival and series of workshops devoted to learning the unique flavors and differences betweeen Russian and American cuisine. Participants will explore traditional foods of various nationalities and regions in both countries through lectures and group activities. The conference will also include samples of these cuisines as well as a master-class on how to make certain foods such as American cookies.
Space is limited and open only to high school and university students (American and Russian).
