Over the past 50 years, the world’s population has consumed more goods and services than the combined total of all previous generations. This increase in consumption has contributed to environmental degradation and the improvement of the quality of life of many people. During our lectures, discussion sessions we will find out how consumption can be more sustainable and what we can do to improve the situation.
This Club is open to everyone with all levels of English.
Today’s topic is: «Sustainable Lifestyles». Sharing economy has rapidly emerged as a large and expanding force. We will learn why it is important to follow the principle of reasonable consumption and peer economy in the 21st century and consider examples of sharing economy.
