The club will be useful to youth aged 12-17 and any language level that allows them to follow and take part in the discussion.
The Discussion Club meets every other week to learn and discuss challenges young people around the world face.
The topic of the first session: How to choose a career if you have no idea what you want to do or if you want to do too many things.
The modern economy requires a lot from young people. 20-30 years ago, many high school graduates still didn’t know what they wanted to do in life. If they worked before graduation — it was usually for money, not for professional experience. Now, however, a university graduate is expected to have some experience as a lawyer to become an actual lawyer.
And if you are over 10 years old, you should better start focusing on the courses you will need most to pass exams that will help you go to the university you are dreaming of…or not. And the University is only a step to get the best internship, without which it will be difficult for you to get a good job. And what if you are 16 and still not sure what you want to do in life?

During a one-hour session, we will discuss the problem and learn some simple decision-making techniques used by the world’s most successful businessmen and scientists, which may help you to take your own steps in choosing a career you will love.
