In this lecture, we will speak about tendencies in international trade and world business development, the impact globalization has on how your product or service should be adapted for the international market and local foreign market. We will also have a look at customs and tax-related rules and practices, INCOTERMS 2010, BEPS plan, CFC rules, and how the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and the FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) influence modern business practices.
Participants are welcome to prepare their projects for discussion.
